We sell to consumers in: Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean.
These general terms apply to all consumer purchases via the webshop operated by 5Star Dynasty Visions (“the Webshop”, “we/us”). By placing an order, the customer (“you/consumer”) accepts these terms. Any deviations are valid only if agreed in writing by Adam Kelman, owner of 5Star Dynasty Visions.

We offer high-quality products, including (non-exhaustive):
All products are delivered as described on the website. Minor, technically unavoidable variations in specifications, color, or appearance do not create a right to compensation—without prejudice to your statutory withdrawal and conformity rights.
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the product page, VAT-inclusive where applicable. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not control customs timelines or additional charges.
Payment is accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency (where available). Orders are processed only after full receipt of funds. We may cancel orders if fraud is suspected or payment is incomplete.
Refunds, where legally due (e.g., valid withdrawal or lack of conformity), are made using the same means of payment, unless you expressly agree otherwise and at no additional cost to you.
We arrange delivery to the address you provide or pick-up if offered. For consumer distance sales, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you (or your designated third party, not the carrier) physically receive the goods. If you independently choose a carrier not offered by us, risk transfers when we hand over the goods to that carrier.
If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and refund without delay.
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days after the day you physically receive the goods, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw: before the 14-day period ends, send us either the Model Withdrawal Form (Annex 2 to Book VI WER) or any unequivocal statement (email is fine) that you withdraw.
If you withdraw electronically, we will acknowledge receipt on a durable medium (e.g., email).
After you notify us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Refunds: We will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return, whichever is earliest. If you selected a non-standard (e.g., express) delivery, the extra cost is not refunded. Direct return shipping costs are borne by you unless stated otherwise.
You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Information duty & 12-month rule: If a trader fails to inform the consumer about the withdrawal right as required, the 14-day period is extended by up to 12 months. Once the missing information is provided within that period, a new 14-day period starts.

6.1) Statutory Exceptions (Book VI WER, art. VI.53)
Withdrawal does not apply to, among others:
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once performance has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose the withdrawal right.
Where an exception applies, we state it clearly on the product page before purchase.
Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee under Belgian law (minimum 2 years from delivery; shorter periods may apply only to second-hand goods if expressly agreed). This cannot be excluded by any “no refund/no returns” clause. In case of non-conformity, you are entitled—free of charge—to repair or replacement; if impossible or disproportionate, price reduction or rescission may follow. Notify any lack of conformity within a reasonable period after discovery (practically: within 2 months is presumed timely).
Any commercial (manufacturer) warranty is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights.
8.1) Crypto Miners
No performance/return guarantee: Hash rate, uptime, profitability, and yield depend on external factors (market conditions, network difficulty, pool performance, electricity costs, ambient temperature, firmware/OS). We do not guarantee any specific return on investment.
Environment & setup: You are responsible for correct installation, ventilation/cooling, noise control, and electrical safety following the manufacturer’s instructions and local regulations.
Firmware/updates: Software updates, algorithm changes, or blockchain network changes may affect operation; these risks are borne by the customer—without prejudice to your statutory rights if the product is non-conforming to our description.
8.2) Drones, Dashcams & Action Cameras
Use must comply with local aviation/privacy laws. We are not liable for fines or damages arising from unlawful operation or filming—without prejudice to statutory consumer rights regarding product conformity and safety.
8.3) PGP-Encrypted Phones & Advanced Security Devices
Legality varies by country/territory. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, importing, possessing, or using such devices is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Export control/sanctions compliance: Sales may be subject to export controls or sanctions screening. We may refuse/cancel transactions where required by law and will refund amounts paid if applicable.
8.4) Luxury Jewelry, Watches & Designer Goods
Authenticity: Where applicable, items are supplied with certificates of authenticity. We guarantee goods are genuine and sourced from reliable suppliers, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
Care & wear: Damage due to misuse, accidental impact, unauthorized repair/modification, or normal wear is not covered by commercial guarantees.
Send returns to: 5Star Dynasty Visions, Bosuilstraat 1A, 3910 Pelt, Belgium. Pack securely, include order number, and keep proof of shipment. For quick handling, include the Model Withdrawal Form or your written withdrawal statement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, production downtime) resulting from product use or unavailability, except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g., death/personal injury caused by our negligence, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections). This clause does not affect your statutory conformity and withdrawal rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from unlawful or non-compliant use of products (e.g., illegal drone flights, misuse of security devices), except where such claims arise from our breach of legal obligations or non-conforming products.
For questions or complaints, contact info@5stardynastyvisions.com with your order number and a brief description. We aim to respond within 5 working days. This is without prejudice to your right to seek mediation or judicial remedies.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, cyberattacks, utility outages, or governmental actions. We will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR rules. Data relating to security-sensitive products (e.g., PGP phones) is handled with appropriate encryption and safeguards and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or for fulfilling your order.
Applicable law: Belgian law applies (Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).
Cross-border protection (Rome I, art. 6): Our choice of Belgian law does not deprive consumers outside Belgium of the mandatory consumer protections of their habitual residence when we direct our activities to that country.
Where you can sue (Brussels I-bis): EU/EEA consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their domicile or in Belgium. We may bring proceedings only in the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
UK & non-EU: Where mandatory local consumer jurisdiction rules apply, we recognize the competence of local courts when we direct activities to that country.
