General

These general terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by 5Star Dynasty Visions (“the Webshop”). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing by Adam Kelman, owner of 5Star Dynasty Visions.

Products and Services

5Star Dynasty Visions offers high-quality products, including:

- - Crypto miners and accessories
  - Luxury jewelry with VVS diamonds
  - Mobile solar panels
  - PGP-encrypted phones
  - Advanced computers
  - 1-on-1 brand watches, luxury bags, glasses, and wallets
  - Luxurious office supplies, drones, dashcams, and action cameras such as GoPros

All products are delivered as described on the website. Minor variations in specifications, color, or appearance do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

Payment

Payment can only be made via the available payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.

Orders are processed only after receipt of full payment.

5Star Dynasty Visions reserves the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected or if payment is incomplete.

No Return Policy

No Returns: 5Star Dynasty Visions does not accept returns of products for any reason.

No Refunds: No refunds or reimbursements are granted. This also applies to defective or damaged products.

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges that these conditions are binding and waives the right to a refund or cancellation.

Warranty

The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery.

Crypto miners: Only manufacturing defects are covered; there is no guarantee on performance (e.g., hash rates).

Luxury items: The warranty is limited to the authenticity of the products.

Damage resulting from improper use, installation, or modification by the customer is not covered by the warranty.

Delivery

All products are shipped via reputable courier services. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer as soon as the product is dispatched.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

5Star Dynasty Visions is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products.

The customer is solely responsible for the correct installation, configuration, and maintenance of products such as crypto miners, drones, and PGP phones.

The Webshop is not liable for:

- - Loss of revenue due to defective or malfunctioning products.
  - Damage caused by improper use of drones or other technical equipment.
  - Issues arising from legal restrictions on the use of specific products in certain regions.

Use of Crypto Miners

The performance of crypto miners depends on external factors such as market conditions, electricity costs, and software updates. 5Star Dynasty Visions does not guarantee any specific return.

Software updates and changes in blockchain networks may affect the operation of crypto miners. These risks are fully borne by the customer.

Authenticity of Luxury Items

All luxury products, such as jewelry, watches, and bags, are provided with certificates of authenticity where applicable.

5Star Dynasty Visions guarantees that all products are genuine and sourced from reliable suppliers.

Privacy Policy

Customer data is collected and processed solely in accordance with the 5Star Dynasty Visions Privacy Policy.

Data related to secure products, such as PGP phones, is treated with encryption and not shared with third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the website content and products remain the property of 5Star Dynasty Visions or its suppliers.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or resell products or content from the Webshop without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

These general terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Disputes will initially be resolved through mediation. If mediation is not possible, disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Brussels.

Indemnification

The customer indemnifies 5Star Dynasty Visions against all third-party claims concerning:

Use of the products

Damage caused by improper use

Legal disputes related to the products

Force Majeure

5Star Dynasty Visions is not responsible for delays or failure to meet obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
